Collaborating with documents is quite a challenge if you suddenly have to work from home. In the video below we show what possibilities there are with regard to collaborating on documents remotely.
In Microsoft Teams you can immediately respond to a document, you can see who is currently working on a document and which part your colleague is working on and you can immediately start a consultation about a document. And if you also want to see each other, you start your video. If you don't have a webcam, install Microsoft Teams on your phone and use your phone's camera. All communication is recorded and you can record the consultation, so that colleagues who are not present can view it later.
Within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, there are many more possibilities to think of how you can work together on your documents and other content.
