      CRM Light

      At this moment we are building a CRM for small companies that do not need an expensive customer relation management solution, but do want to keep track of their sales and customer contact moments. This application will have full integration with all your other data within Microsoft 365, as this application will be built in Microsoft 365.

       

      We expect that is app is ready late February 2023. 

      Time Tracking

      Time tracking is a must for every company that works by the hour. And in some cases it is even obligated by law. There are many applications on the market that can offer you this functionality, but when you use Microsoft 365, these applications often do not offer full integration with Microsoft 365. Or they do not offer some other functionality that you wish for. Our time tracking app is built within Microsoft 365 and uses the technology of Microsoft 365. With some training, you can even adjust the app to your own wishes, as there is no code used, but all is built within the Microsoft Power Platform. Of course can we also make those adjustments for you if you want that. 


      • Our time tracking app contains the basics for writing time on internal items like vacation and sickness as well on tasks within a project. 

      • This app can be extended with insight with graphs in Power BI, to have an overview per week, month and year of all the time your employees did write on specific tasks.

      This app is expected to be ready in January 2023.

      Vacation Requests

      Every company with employees will need some tools to register all vacation request and keep track of all vacation days an employee has used.

      Out app is fully built within Microsoft 365 and offers the possibility to your employees to request a free day or some vacation days, directly to their manager.

      • Employees can see how many vacation days they have left.
      • Managers can approve this requests directly within the app.

      • This app can be extended with insight with graphs in Power BI, to have an overview of vacation requests per employee and per week, month or year.

       This app can be changed by yourself with some little training.

      This app is expected to be ready in January 2023.

      Declarations

      When you have employees that for example travel a lot for the company or need to buy goods on behalf of the company, then they can declare the invoices with this app. 

      They can upload the invoices and declare multiple invoices at once, send the invoices for approval to their manager and after they are approved, all can be send to the financial department for administration of the invoices and payment of the employee.  


      • The app is fully built within Microsoft 365, so it is fully integrated within your document environment and is directly adjustable by yourself or we can do that for you.

      • With the Power BI extension we can give you even more insight of all the invoices in a month or a year. 

      This app is expected to be ready in January 2023.

      Tijdregistratie

      Tijdregistratie is een must voor elk bedrijf dat per uur werkt. En in sommige gevallen is het zelfs wettelijk verplicht. Er zijn veel applicaties op de markt die je deze functionaliteit kunnen bieden, maar wanneer je Microsoft 365 gebruikt, bieden deze applicaties vaak geen volledige integratie met Microsoft 365. Of ze bieden geen andere functionaliteit die u wenst. Onze tijdregistratie-app is gebouwd binnen Microsoft 365 en maakt gebruik van de technologie van Microsoft 365. Met wat training kun je de app zelfs aanpassen aan je eigen wensen, omdat er geen code wordt gebruikt, maar alles is gebouwd binnen het Microsoft Power Platform. Natuurlijk kunnen we die aanpassingen ook voor u doen als u dat wilt. 


      • Onze tijdregistratie-app bevat de basisprincipes voor het schrijven van tijd op interne items zoals vakantie en ziekte, evenals op taken binnen een project.


      • Deze app is uit te breiden met inzicht met grafieken in Power BI, om per week, maand en jaar een overzicht te hebben van alle tijd die uw medewerkers hebben geschreven over specifieke taken.

      Deze app is naar verwachting in januari 2023 klaar. 

      Vakantie aanvragen

      Elk bedrijf met werknemers heeft een aantal tools nodig om alle vakantieaanvragen te registreren en alle vakantiedagen bij te houden die een werknemer heeft gebruikt.

      Onze app is volledig gebouwd binnen Microsoft 365 en biedt de mogelijkheid aan je medewerkers om een vrije dag of enkele vakantiedagen aan te vragen, rechtstreeks bij hun manager.

      • Managers kunnen deze verzoeken rechtstreeks in de app goedkeuren.
      • Medewerkers kunnen zien hoeveel vakantiedagen ze nog hebben.

      • Deze app is uit te breiden met inzicht met grafieken in Power BI, om een overzicht te hebben van vakantieaanvragen per medewerker en per week, maand of jaar.

      Deze app kan zelf worden gewijzigd met wat kleine training. 

      Deze app is naar verwachting in januari 2023 klaar. 

      Declaraties

      Wanneer je medewerkers hebt die bijvoorbeeld veel reizen voor het bedrijf of namens het bedrijf goederen moeten kopen, dan kunnen zij met deze app de facturen declareren.

      Ze kunnen de facturen uploaden en meerdere facturen tegelijk declareren, de facturen ter goedkeuring naar hun manager sturen en nadat ze zijn goedgekeurd, kunnen ze allemaal naar de financiële afdeling worden gestuurd voor het beheer van de facturen en de betaling van de werknemer. 


      • De app is volledig gebouwd binnen Microsoft 365, dus hij is volledig geïntegreerd in je documentomgeving en is direct zelf instelbaar of wij kunnen dat voor je doen.

      • Met de Power BI extensie kunnen wij u nog meer inzicht geven in alle facturen in een maand of een jaar.

      Deze app is naar verwachting in januari 2023 klaar.

      CRM Light

      Op dit moment bouwen we een CRM voor kleine bedrijven die geen dure customer relation management oplossing nodig hebben, maar wel hun sales en klantcontactmomenten willen bijhouden. Deze applicatie heeft volledige integratie met al je andere gegevens binnen Microsoft 365, omdat deze applicatie wordt gebouwd in Microsoft 365. 

      We verwachten dat die app eind februari 2023 klaar is.
